How can I view my order history, position history, and trading history?
Currently, the platform supports self-service downloads for most bills. You can view and download your Report center on the official website, including Order history, Position history, and Trading history. The available time periods for viewing and downloading different bills are as follows:

You can also view and download your trades through the following path. Deleting my trades is not supported.
Order history
The platform allows you to view order history from the past three months. You can download order history since January 28, 2021.
1. Open the official website, click on Asset > Order center > Order history. Click on the date to view your historical orders from the last three months.
2. Select on Download, select Instrument and Date Range, and export to download the order history.
You can also Copy download link, the link will expire in 24 hours, so make sure to open it in your browser as soon as possible to access the downloaded file.
Position history
The platform allows you to view historical positions for the past three months. You can download historical position snapshots from December 1, 2022, to the present.
1. Click on the date to view your historical positions for the last three months.
2. Click on Order Center, then Position history, and select Download. Choose the date, click export, and copy download link to paste it into your browser to download the file.
Currently, you can only download a daily historical position snapshot. A snapshot shows the positions you held at that time. If you do not select an account, it will download the position snapshot of the currently logged-in account.
3. Trading history
The platform allows you to view transaction account history for the past three months. You can download transaction account history from January 28, 2021, to the present.
Click on the date to view your trading history for the last three months.
Click on Order Center, then Trading history, and select Download. Choose the date, click Export, copy download link, and paste it into your browser to download the file.
