Before applying, please carefully review the OKX P2P Merchant Program Transaction Code of Conduct. During the review process, you’ll be asked questions related to platform trading rules and operating procedures. We recommend preparing in advance, as insufficient preparation may result in your application being rejected.

Platform-certified Merchants are divided into two categories:

  • P2P Merchant Program (Regular Merchant)

  • Diamond Merchant

P2P Merchant Program (Regular Merchant)

What are the application requirements for P2P Merchant Program (Regular Merchant)?

To apply as a P2P Merchant Program (Regular Merchant), you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Complete video verification

  • Maintain an order completion rate of at least 90%

  • Complete 20 or more orders

  • Hold a Merchant margin of 10,000 USDT in your Funding account

Note:

  • Applicants who meet the above requirements will undergo further review by the platform

  • Review results will be sent via SMS, email, or can be checked on the official Merchant application page

  • For a smoother P2P trading experience, make sure a valid contact method is bound to your account

Diamond Merchant

What are the application requirements for P2P Diamond Merchant?

To apply as a Diamond Merchant, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Complete video verification

  • Maintain an order completion rate of at least 90%

  • Complete 20 or more orders

  • Provide proof of P2P Merchant Program status for at least three full months (page screenshot required)

  • Hold a Merchant margin of 100,000 USDT in your Funding account

  • Maintain personal revolving funds equivalent to no less than RMB 3,000,000

What's the assessment period for P2P Diamond Merchant?

All newly approved Diamond Merchants are subject to a one-month assessment period. Merchants who fail to meet the assessment criteria will be removed.

During the assessment period, the following standards apply:

  • P2P trading volume in the past 30 days is no less than 500 BTC

  • Complete at least 200 orders

  • No serious customer complaints

  • In dispute cases, failure to cooperate with platform customer support three times or more after intervention

Note:

  • If a removed Merchant attempts to reapply using another account, the application will be rejected and future Merchant applications won’t be permitted

  • If you wish to downgrade from Diamond Merchant back to a Regular Merchant, contact your dedicated account manager for assistance
