What is a verification order?
A verification order is a type of order where the buyer needs to provide the seller with a screenshot of the payment account’s transaction history after placing an order to confirm that the buyer’s account has sufficient funds.
Why was my ad hidden?
This may happen in the following cases:
If your status is set to Offline, your ads will be hidden. Kindly switch your status to Online under My ads to restore visibility for your ads.
If you have an ongoing order that has not been processed for over 1 hour (excluding orders under dispute), your ads will be hidden. Once you confirm receipt of payment for the pending order, your ads will become visible again.
What is a shared order?
A shared order is an order created by another user through a link or QR code you shared.
What should I do if I accidentally reject an order when the buyer has paid?
You can contact the buyer for a refund, or guide the buyer to select the same order on your homepage. Once the buyer places the order at the same price and confirms payment directly without paying, you can confirm receipt.

What should I do if I have received the payment for a cancelled order?

How do I delist an open order?
On the web:
Go to P2P trading > More > My ads > Select the ad you wish to delist > Delete
On the app:
Go to P2P trading > Ads > Select the ad you wish to delist > Delete
Note: Reactivating an ad requires re-queuing.
How do I share an ad?
On the web:
Go to P2P trading > More > My ads > Select the ad you wish to share > Share
On the app:
Go to P2P trading > Ads > Select the ad you wish to share > Share
Note: you can share with others by copying the share link or saving the QR code image.
What should I do if I don't receive message notifications?
Kindly ensure that the push notification settings on your phone system are enabled and that OKX app is running in the background.
What should I do if I don't receive SMS notifications?
Kindly check the following:
Your phone storage is not full
Network signal is stable
Your phone has sufficient balance
SMS messages are not in the spam folder
No SMS-blocking apps or plugins are installed
Since SMS delivery may fail sometimes, we recommend enabling email notifications as an alternative.
Are there any fees for transactions?
OKX charges zero transaction fees for P2P trading but your bank or transfer app may charge you the corresponding fees when you make a transfer.
What is T+1?
After purchasing crypto, users cannot withdraw or sell via P2P within 24 hours, but this does not affect your ability to trade. The purpose is to reduce the risk of bank account being frozen and ensure security of trades.
