What should I do if I release crypto but haven’t received payment?

If the buyer is contactable

On the app:

Go to P2P trading > Orders > Select the completed order in question > Chat

If the buyer is uncontactable

On the app:

Go to P2P trading > Orders > Select the completed order in question > Dispute

Note:

  • When receiving payment, always check your platform-bound payment method to confirm receipt before releasing crypto. Don't rely on SMS notifications or buyer-provided payment screenshots, as these can be faked.

  • Since this is an urgent issue, it’s recommended to submit a dispute or share your feedback with customer service agents while negotiating with the buyer.

  • For delayed payments, such as large transfers, don't release crypto until the funds are confirmed in your account.

  • If you mistakenly release crypto without receiving payment, kindly file a dispute promptly.
