How do I join the official OKX Chinese Telegram group?

To make it easier for customers to access the latest marketplace feeds and platform news, OKX has set up an official Chinese Telegram group. You can join us through either of these popular apps: Telegram or Btok. Please note: To ensure the safety of your assets, make sure you join the official group at @OKXGroup_CN and beware of scam.

Method 1: Join via Telegram

  1. Download the Telegram app

    1. Please visit the official Telegram website and download and install the app according to your device.

  2. Search and join groups

    1. Open the Telegram app and tap the search icon in the top right corner.

    2. Enter the official group address in the search box: @OKXGroup_CN.

    3. Find the “OKX Official Chinese Group” in the search results, click to enter, and simply [Join].

  3. How do I switch the Telegram interface to Simplified Chinese?

    1. After joining the group, you can send the keyword "Chinese language pack" in the group.

    2. The system will automatically reply with a language pack link. Click the link and follow the instructions to switch the Telegram interface language to Simplified Chinese.

Method 2: Join via Btok

  1. Download the Btok app

    1. Please use your mobile browser to visit the official website to download and install.

    2. iOS customers notice: You need to use an overseas Apple ID to search for “btok” in the App Store. Please make sure the developer is BTOK LTD.

  2. Search and join groups

    1. Open the Btok app and tap the magnifying glass 【Search】 icon in the top right corner.

    2. Enter the official group address in the search box: @OKXGroup_CN.

    3. Find the “OKX Official Chinese Group” in the search results, click to enter, and simply [Join].

  3. (Alternative) Scan the QR code to join the group

    1. If your Btok app version has the "Scan" feature, you can also directly scan the official group QR code below to join.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive the SMS verification code?

Sometimes, you may not receive the SMS when signing up on the desktop. It is recommended to use the mobile app for sign up first. If you still can't receive the code on your phone, try downloading Btok, as Btok is interoperable with Telegram accounts, but the success rate for receiving verification codes may be higher.

In addition, you can try switching your mobile network (4G/WiFi) or clearing the app cache and then try again.
