How do I submit a system error report?

1. Update the app to the latest version

First, you need to check if your OKX App is the latest version. If it's not, kindly download or update to the latest version.

On the app:

Go to Menu > About OKX > Check for updates > Slide to update


2. System Error Feedback

After updating the app to the latest version, kindly check if you are still encountering issues such as lag, crashes, or black screens. If the problem persists, kindly take a screenshot or screen recording of the issue.

On the app:

Go to Menu > Get help > View all > Feedback bounty > Describe the issue and upload any relevant screenshots or screen recordings > Submit

For your previously submitted feedback, we will notify you through your provided contact channels or within the app.


Important notes

  • If you cannot use the app, you can contact us through the web version. Please send screenshots, screen recordings, and your personal account information.

  • If you are unable to log in on the app, you can provide your personal account information when submitting documentation about the system issue.

  • You can upload files up to 5 times within 24 hours on the same device.
