Due to a system upgrade, deposit addresses for some cryptocurrencies were updated on March 27, 2025. Please note the following:

  • The original deposit address can still be used for a limited time, and funds sent to the original address won’t be lost.

  • To ensure a smoother and safer deposit experience, we strongly recommend updating the allowlist address on your external wallet or exchange within 3 months and using the new address going forward.

What’s an on-chain withdrawal?

An on-chain withdrawal refers to transferring digital assets from one platform or wallet to another through a blockchain network. To ensure a successful transfer, both the sending and receiving platforms must support the same crypto, contract address, and network. The transfer is completed after confirmation by blockchain validators. For more details, please refer to:

What types of on-chain withdrawal addresses are supported?

There are three main types of onchain withdrawal addresses: Regular Address, Universal Address, and EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) Address.

Regular address

A regular address supports only one specific cryptocurrency on one specific network. For example, a USDT-ERC20 address can only receive USDT on the ERC20 network. Because it’s bound to a single token and network, its usage is more limited.

Universal address

A universal address supports all tokens on the selected network. For example, a universal address on the ERC20 network can receive multiple ERC20 tokens, such as USDT, ETH, and others. The main feature of this type of address is that it can be used for multiple tokens on the same network, offering greater flexibility.

EVM address

An EVM address is used to identify accounts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains. It supports smart contract interactions and can be used across supported EVM networks.

What are the characteristics of EVM addresses?

  • For EVM-compatible assets, you'll see three address options: regular address, universal address, and EVM address.

  • For non-EVM assets, only regular and universal address options are available.

  • Address management: An EVM address only needs to be added once. After that, it appears in the address book for all supported EVM networks and tokens. When selected, the system automatically filters out incompatible networks to help you choose the correct one.

Note: you can add the same address separately as a regular address and later as a universal or EVM address. However, once an address is saved as a universal address or EVM address, it can't be saved again as another address type.

Which types of BTC addresses are supported on this platform?

We support the following Bitcoin address formats on the BTC mainnet:

  • Legacy address: starts with 1

  • SegWit compatible address: some addresses start with 3

  • Native SegWit address: starts with bc1

  • Taproot address: starts with bc1p

Important note

  • Please carefully verify the coin, network, and address before making a withdrawal to avoid asset loss due to incorrect information.

  • EVM addresses are highly versatile, but you need to make sure the target platform supports the corresponding EVM-compatible network.
