If you've completed the payment and select I've paid, but the merchant hasn't released the crypto, the order is still incomplete.
If you notice that you've overpaid, you can contact the merchant via messages to discuss a refund.

What should I do if the order is already completed?

What should I do if I underpay the merchant?
If you realize you're underpaid after making the payment, you can contact the merchant via messages to negotiate a supplementary payment. The merchant will release crypto after confirming the additional payment.
If the merchant doesn't agree to proceed after the supplementary payment, you can request a refund. Once the funds are returned, cancel the order and place a new one.

What should I do if I send the payment to the wrong account?
What if I used a different payment method than the one selected?
If you pay using a payment method different from the one selected in the order, contact the merchant via messages.
If the merchant confirms receipt, coordinate with them to release the crypto.

What if I paid for a third-party account?
If the payment was sent to an account that doesn’t belong to the merchant, review how you obtained the payment details, contact the recipient immediately to request a refund, and cancel the order.
